Before sending, please make sure that the module is faulty.
Here's how to do it:

check the voltage levels on the following wires with a multimeter:
·
Pin 1 (red + white) 11.8-13 volts
·
Pin 2 (white + blue) 4.7 volts
·
Pin 3 (white + purple) 0 volts when the radio is switched off and 12 volts when the radio is switched on.
Send the part in its factory plastic housing, with carefully packaged.
